Caravan Resort - Ajman

Highly disappointing, no basic facilities(eg, no housekeeping, no restaurant, old bad smell furniture,non adjustable air condition, poor heating water, no phone, unhygienic swimming pool, also they do not have facilities to use the credit card or have a machine in addition, high price in relation to the facilities ) what was unbelievable the bad smell fertilizer they used in the garden around the pool, really it was terrible holyday. I do not recommend this place to any of my friends, it can be only a place to have tea and shesha Dr. Yasser Farahat Dubai, uae

Only price and large space room

It couldn't be even a one star hotel simply good place to sleep and to feel like in an oriental cafe at night with something like a swimming pool because there's water inside hole

Friendly staff, fine rules of stay, good location for starting trips to discover UAE, parking, good value for money, seaside.

Not well maintained. Old beddings to be replaced

Location accessibility. Though the facilities are very poor but the staffs try to accommodate our request though it takes a long time for them to do it.

Misinformation with their ad - "Situated along a beach overlooking the Arabian Gulf, this resort includes a charming garden with an outdoor pool and sun terrace. All rooms and suites are fully air conditioned and offer sea views." - as it is, the resort is not along the beach overlooking arabian gulf or sea view. The karaoke facility is only accessible for villa reservation. The satellite tv does not work. 2Bedroom means adjoining rooms only without kitchen. Old, dilapitated and shabby bed furniture and room paint. Service is poor as it takes almost 1 hr before they can provide drinking hot water but at least they try to facilitate to guests.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is close to the beach. The rooms are big and it was easy to park the car. Not so many guests, therefore family atmosphere. The price was good. We got the opportunity to check out at 10 pm the last day without extra payment.

The hotel is not as nice at is look on the picture. There are no sunbeds and parasols in the garden, more cafe tables and old furnitures. The place could need better maintenace. The e bed sofas was actually not possible to use. We took the mattress and put on the floor instead.

Not 4 stars hotel, only 2 stars! Toilette facilities poor, not enough hot water, finished after 2 showers. Too noisy: music too loud in the garden!

Music and parties every night till 2-3 am. We could not sleep well!
